Returns and Refunds Policy

At ALDR., we want you to shop with confidence. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store and shipped worldwide.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence. Where local law provides greater consumer protection, those rights will prevail.

1. Returns for Change of Mind

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, the customer must clearly inform us of their decision to return the order by email:

The email should include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used to place the order

  • Products the customer wishes to return

No reason is required to request a return within this period.

Once the return request has been made within the 14-calendar-day period, the customer must send the products back within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of that request.

Before sending a return, we recommend contacting us at laraaecomm@gmail.com. You will receive the necessary instructions for the correct return process. However, contacting us in advance does not limit any legal withdrawal or return rights that may apply.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Customers may inspect and try on a garment to a reasonable extent, as they would in a physical store.

To receive a full refund, the item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature, size, features, and condition. We do not accept garments that have been washed, worn extensively, damaged, altered, stained, contain odors or pet hair, or show clear signs of use.

We recommend returning products with their original tags, accessories, and packaging whenever possible. However, the absence of the original packaging alone does not automatically remove the customer’s right to return the item.

Where permitted by applicable law, ALDR. may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the value of the product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or was sent incorrectly, the direct cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.

If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, ALDR. will cover the reasonable return costs or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Personalized Products

Products made according to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from returns for change of mind where permitted by applicable law.

This exception may apply, for example, to products personalized with a name, photograph, message, customer-provided design, or any modification specifically requested by the customer.

Standard ALDR. collection garments are not automatically considered personalized simply because they are produced on demand after an order is placed.

This exception does not affect the customer’s rights in cases where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match what was advertised.

6. Sale Items

Products purchased with discounts, promotions, or sale prices may still be returned in accordance with this policy, unless they are personalized products or another lawful exception applies.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at laraaecomm@gmail.com.

To help us handle the issue more quickly, you may send clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. This request helps us assess the issue but does not limit any legal rights that may apply.

Depending on the circumstances, ALDR. may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

8. Size, Color, or Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for sizes, colors, or product models.

If the customer wants a different item, size, or color, they may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

This does not affect the customer’s rights where the product received is defective, incorrect, or does not match the order.

9. Refunds

Once we receive the return request, we will confirm receipt and provide the necessary return instructions.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and does not result in any additional cost to the customer.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the return request.

ALDR. may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until the customer provides valid proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

For returns due to a change of mind, the refund will include the amount paid for the returned products. Where required by applicable law, the cost of the original standard shipping method will also be refunded.

Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing an express or more expensive delivery method than standard shipping will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please note that banks, payment providers, or card issuers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
