These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and purchases made through the ALDR. online store.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the ALDR. online store, regardless of the country from which the order is placed or the delivery destination.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy in force at the time of purchase.

Where the laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence provide more favorable mandatory consumer rights, those rights will prevail over these Terms.

3. Products

ALDR. sells clothing and fashion products, including items produced on demand.

The images, mock-ups, photographs, measurements, colors, and descriptions displayed on the store are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, minor reasonable variations in color, design placement, size, finish, or shade may occur due to the customer’s screen settings, printing and production processes, or the nature of each garment.

Such variations will not affect the customer’s rights where the product received does not substantially match the description, images, or advertised features.

4. Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Although ALDR. aims to keep product, size, and stock information up to date, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In that case, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative, an order amendment, or a full refund of the amounts paid.

ALDR. reserves the right to remove, modify, or update products, designs, prices, or store information at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed, except in the event of an obvious error.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Product prices will be those displayed in the store at the time the purchase is made.

The final amount of the order, including shipping costs, discounts, applicable taxes, or any other charges shown during checkout, will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, or local charges may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

ALDR. will not be responsible for delays, holds, inspections, or costs arising from customs procedures beyond our control.

6. Ordering Process and Order Confirmation

To place an order, the customer must follow the payment process available on the store and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Once payment has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received the purchase request.

ALDR. may cancel or reject an order where there is a justified reason, including:

• Product unavailability.

• An obvious error in the price or published information.

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

• Unauthorized, unconfirmed, or declined payment.

• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

If an order is cancelled for a reason attributable to ALDR., the amounts paid by the customer will be refunded.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available in the store.

ALDR. does not directly store full card details or other payment method information. The processing of such data is carried out in accordance with the terms and security measures of the relevant payment providers.

The customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

8. Production, Preparation, and Shipping

ALDR. products may be produced on demand once the order has been confirmed.

The preparation, production, and delivery times displayed in the store are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, availability, order volume, shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond ALDR.’s control.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery details are correct before confirming the order.

ALDR. will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or invalid addresses, repeated absence of the recipient, failure to pay customs charges, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Right of Return and Refunds

ALDR. offers a commercial return policy of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, applicable to customers in any country, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

The conditions, exceptions, return costs, personalized products, refunds, and claims regarding defective products are governed by the ALDR. Returns and Refunds Policy.

Standard collection garments are not automatically considered personalized simply because they are produced on demand.

10. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

The customer should inspect their order upon receipt and contact ALDR. as soon as possible if the product is defective, damaged, does not match the order, or has a quality issue.

To help us process the matter more quickly, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. This request does not limit any legal rights that may apply.

Where appropriate, ALDR. will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair where applicable, partial refund, or full refund.

11. Legal Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any legal guarantee of conformity that may apply to the customer under applicable law.

Consumer customers may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract where legally applicable in the event of a lack of conformity.

12. Permitted Use of the Store

The customer agrees to use the store lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

The following actions are not permitted:

• Using the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Placing false orders or using unauthorized payment methods.

• Attempting to access ALDR. systems, servers, accounts, or data without authorization.

• Copying, reproducing, selling, distributing, or exploiting store content without authorization.

• Using automation tools, bots, or systems intended to interfere with the normal operation of the store.

ALDR. may restrict or cancel access to the store where it detects misuse, fraud, or conduct contrary to these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, names, texts, images, graphics, photographs, visual elements, content, and distinctive signs related to ALDR. are owned by ALDR. or used with authorization from their respective owners.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication, commercialization, or use of any store content without prior written authorization from ALDR. or the relevant rights holder is prohibited.

The purchase of a product does not grant the customer any intellectual property rights over ALDR.’s designs, brand, content, or visual elements.

14. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

ALDR. will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, delays caused by third parties, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ALDR.’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, particularly regarding consumer rights.

16. Force Majeure

ALDR. will not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, conflicts, strikes, pandemics, transportation failures, supply issues, technological interruptions, government restrictions, customs incidents, or actions by third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms

ALDR. may amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, operational, commercial, or technical reasons.

Any changes will take effect upon publication in the store and will not affect orders already confirmed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

However, where the customer is a consumer residing in another country, they will retain the protection granted by the mandatory laws applicable in their country of habitual residence.

For disputes involving consumers, the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law shall be competent.

For disputes involving customers who are not consumers, the courts and tribunals of Alicante, Spain, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
